Located close to ski slopes and bus stop to Kitzbuhel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good, and staff was friendly.
The hotel is quite dated and in need of renovation. The sauna was filthy, and the laundry service did not meet our expectations.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It's conveniently located close to two different bus stops, one of which takes you directly to the Kitzski area. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms have adjustable radiators, allowing you to have a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. The breakfast provided is superb, giving you a delicious start to your day.
All was perfectly fine, nothing to complain about.

Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, as it is rather close to the ski bus stops that go to the Kitzbuhel and Kitzski areas.

My friends and I recently had a great skiing holiday in the area. We stayed close to the ski bus that goes to Kitzbuhel and the Kitzski area. Our room was comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and a pleasant breakfast with fruit, cereals, ham, cheese, boiled eggs.
We found the bottles of wine very expensive.

Great value for money , with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered an array of choices, including cereals, breads, eggs, and fruits. the dinner had a selection of salads, soups, main dishes, and desserts, all delicious. the location was perfect, with easy access to specialty shops, restaurants, and public transportation. the sauna was a highlight of our trip, well, maintained, and relaxing.
The rooms were slightly outdated, and the furniture could use some renovation. the elevator was quite old and not very efficient.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was rather close to the ski bus which goes to the Kitzski area. Additionally, the breakfast was superb and set us up for the day.
Cannot find any fault.
